Goodland’s Great Fall Home Crawl is here, and it’s serving up a weekend full of fall fun, including tours, treats and a sneak peek at what’s next for the community. (Including five new models from two new builders: David Weekley Homes and Highland Homes.) Start your day at the welcome tent where you can pick up your map, get a little something sweet and learn more about The Retreat, our signature amenity opening in 2026.

We’ve got two new names in the neighborhood — Highland Homes and David Weekley Homes — and they’ve brought five beautiful new models with them. Come get a feel for their latest designs and maybe even score a special builder incentive while you’re at it.

Start your Fall Home Crawl at the Welcome Tent located near the David Weekley model home in Goodland at:

Goodland, TX 76084
IMPORTANT: This is a new community so the address may not yet appear in Google maps. There will be signage to guide you to the new models once you enter the community.
Driving directions to the Welcome Tent:
From Hwy 287, turn onto Prairie Ridge Blvd.
Continue approximately 1.5 miles to the roundabout
Take the 3rd exit onto Thimbleberry Trail
Turn right onto Arrow Wood Trail (say “hi” to The Retreat!)
Turn right onto Anastasia Street
And another quick right onto Long Stem Street
You’ll see the Welcome Tent at the end of Long Stem Street.
