Look forward to The Retreat: Goodland’s signature amenity is breaking ground soon

Pardon our dust! We’re excited to announce that construction will soon begin on The Retreat, one of many Goodland amenities and our signature community gathering space. Planned to open in phases, the first part of The Retreat is planned to open late 2025.

What to Expect at The Retreat

Once completed, The Retreat will offer a vibrant mix of things to do, see and experience — a central hub for residents to come together for year-round fun. Here’s a little look at what’s to come:

Clubhouse: This spacious residents-only clubhouse will be the ideal place to host social events, friendly get-togethers and more featuring a welcoming lobby, conference room, activity room and cozy lounge spaces perfect for getting some work done when you need a change of scenery. Outside you’ll find an expansive terrace offering a scenic spot to unwind.

Fitness: A high-end amenity building dedicated to fitness and wellness that will be equipped with cardio and weight machines, a studio space for yoga and HIIT classes — even an outdoor workout area — to keep residents healthy and energized. The fitness center is the ideal community amenity for active lifestyles.

Resort-style pool: A new resort-style pool will be a highlight of The Retreat, offering residents a place to splash, play and lounge the summer days away.

Playground: This new community amenity will feature a classic children’s playground with activities suitable for all ages.

Event lawn: From outdoor movie nights to local live music, this dedicated event lawn is where friends, family and neighbors can gather for some good old-fashioned fun.

Fishing pond: Make a picnic lunch, grab your rod, and get ready to see what’s biting at this good-sized pond.

Trail network: Whether you’re taking a walk or taking a run, it will be easy to take to the trails. The trails surrounding The Retreat will link to Goodland’s greater trail system, connecting all the way to the Soap Creek corridor where miles of additional trails are planned.
