The Community

So far, Goodland has two villages selling now: Prairie Ridge and Feather Grass. And there are many more to come. See the villages — and all of Goodland — with this map.

The Hangout & Pickleball Barn

Goodland’s first pool and playground has something for everyone: a splash area, sun shelf, inclusive play equipment, shaded cabanas and a dog park. Now open. 

And coming in early 2026, even more ways to hang out. We’re adding a pickleball barn with four covered courts, a bocce court, a beer garden, an event lawn and trail connections galore.

Kids in Goodland will attend either the Midlothian Independent School District (one of the fastest-growing school districts in Texas) or Venus Independent School District. Plus, there are plans to build a brand new elementary school right here in the community.
