The Community

The Hangout

Meet up at Goodland’s first pool and playground. There’s a splash area, sun shelf, inclusive playground equipment, shaded cabanas, a dog park — in other words, something for everyone.

A Smart Start

Kids in Goodland will attend either the Midlothian Independent School District (one of the fastest-growing school districts in Texas) or Venus Independent School District. Plus, there are plans to build a brand new elementary school right here in the community.
