New name. New vision.

Our vision for the community has expanded to become a place we’re now calling Goodland. As the community expands from 1,200 acres to 5,000, Prairie Ridge has become the first village in a collection of many. As part of this bigger and brighter vision, our dedication to nature has deepened. Our commitment to building close-knit community has strengthened. And a new southern gateway to DFW is emerging with Downtown Goodland at its center.
