There’s so much to love at Goodland and we invite you to come out and explore our community on Oct 5th (11am – 2pm) and Oct 6th (1pm – 4pm). From model homes to ready-now residences, we’re celebrating it all at our Handcrafted Home Tour. Start your tour at the welcome tent on Model Row, where you’ll pick-up a map and a little welcome gift before you’re on your way. Here’s a preview of what’s in store for your visit.
Model homes
Stop by each of our builder’s model homes for a personalized tour from a builder representative (or a self-guided tour if that’s more your style) and learn all about the home choices in Goodland. Explore our website at the links below to learn more about what you’ll see:
Ready-now residences
Each of our builders have a selection of homes available now (or very soon) that will be open for touring during the Handcrafted Home Tour. When you start your tour at the welcome tent on Model Row, you’ll be given a handout with all the latest homes and addresses so you can be on your way to stop in and tour them all.
Everything else
Stop over and check out The Hangout, Goodland’s first community pool, playground & dog park just for residents. This amenity is a hot gathering place for residents in all seasons and we can’t for you to see it. But wait, there’s more. Goodland has a big vision for the future that includes more new amenities (like The Retreat featuring a community clubhouse, ponds, and more planned to open in 2025 in Feather Grass Village), plus plans for a town center, community hub, extensive trail network along Soap Creek corridor and so much more.
