Your Favorite Goodland Community Amenities Are Getting Even Better

Big news: our community’s favorite gathering spot, The Hangout, is getting a big upgrade. Set to open in early 2026, this new expansion will bring even more ways to spend time outside, stay active and catch up with friends and neighbors. Whether you’re a pickleball pro, a brand-new bocce player or just looking for a shady spot to sip lemonade and watch the kids play, there’s something for everyone coming your way.

The star of the show? Our brand-new Pickleball Barn, with five covered courts designed for year-round, rain-or-shine play. There will be fans to keep you cool, lights for evening games and plenty of seating for cheering on your neighbors. And that’s not all. We’re adding bocce ball and other sports courts too. 

Need a break from the action? The new event lawn will be just the spot for food trucks, live outdoor music and laid-back community hangouts. A shaded pavilion will give you a place to kick back and relax, and a new trail connection makes it easy to stroll (or bike) over any time.
